We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pelsbarn purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find a style you love or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Pelsbarn tags still attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
